Commercial applicators using pesticides on lands used in the production of agricultural commodities, including grains, soybeans, forage, vegetables, small fruits, tree fruits, and nuts, or feed and forage crops, grasslands and non-crop agricultural lands must be certified for agricultural plant pest control. Licensed applicators in this classification must be certified and licensed to use any pesticide.
