Any pesticide which has been identified as a hazardous waste by § 74:28:22:01 shall be treated, stored, and disposed of in accordance with the procedures established by the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources for the treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous wastes as specified by § 74:28:25:01.
