12 : 51 : 10 : 07 . Prohibited acts. No person may transport, buy, sell, or offer for sale, in a manner contrary to § 12:51:10:04 or 12:51:10:05, any regulated article, as described in § 12:51 : 10:03. No person may move any regulated article from, into, or through the quarantine area, except as provided in §§ 12:51:10:04 and 12:51:10:05.
