Regulated plants or articles in violation of § 12:51:06:01, 12:51:06:02, or 12:51:06:03.must be returned to the point of origin, destroyed, or, if possible, treated in a manner prescribed in § 12:51:07:01, 12:51:07:02, or 12:51:07:03. Until disposition is determined by the secretary, all articles must be transported, stored, or held in a manner that prevents possible spread of infestation. All costs of treatment, return to shipper, or destruction must be borne by the owner.
