The test to determine the percentage of germination must be completed within the following periods exclusive of the calendar month in which the test was completed:

1. (1) Agriculture seed

   9 months

2. (2) Lawn and turf seed

   15 months

3. (3) Vegetable seed

   12 months

4. (4) Flower seed

   12 months

5. (5) Tree and shrub seed

   9 months

6. (6) Seed in hermetically sealed containers

   36 months
