DAIRY MARKETING (Repealed by initiated law) Commission Note: An initiated measure (See 1978 Session Laws, ch 278) passed by the voters in 1978 repealed SDCL 37-3 which authorized the rules in this article. SDCL 1-26-8.1 provides that the repeal of a statute authorizing a rule also repeals any rules promulgated pursuant to that authorization.
