Terms used in this chapter mean:

1. (1) "Commission," the South Dakota conservation commission;
2. (2) "District," any conservation district;
3. (3) "Loan," a conservation tillage equipment loan; and
4. (4) "Equipment," machinery or equipment designed or used for conservation practices.
