A recipient of a natural resources conservation award must meet the requirements in SDCL 38-7-29. The following persons are not eligible to receive a natural resources conservation award:

1. (1) A recipient of a natural resources conservation award within the same conservation district up to five years prior;
2. (2) A conservation district supervisor;
3. (3) Advisors to the board of supervisors; and
4. (4) State Conservation Commission members.
