12 : 02 : 06 : 04 . Attendance requirements . All attendees of the annual state fair must adhere to all administrative rules set forth in ARSD article 12:02 and other policies established and communicated by the secretary. Failure to comply may result in removal from the fairgrounds or other appropriate action .
