No tobacco products may be used or consumed on the capitol complex. Any person using or consuming tobacco products on the capitol complex will be required to leave the capitol complex. The commissioner of the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration may waive this provision pursuant to § 10:08:01:02 for special events, functions, or demonstrations held on the capitol complex.
