Parking in any of the following ways is prohibited:

1. (1) So as to obstruct any crosswalk;
2. (2) On any lawn, curb or sidewalk;
3. (3) Along any driveway which is signed "no parking fire lane" or "no parking this side of driveway" or along a yellow curb;
4. (4) In front of a fire hydrant;
5. (5) In a "no parking area";
6. (6) In a construction zone;
7. (7) In front of any removable barrier;
8. (8) So as to obstruct traffic;
9. (9) In double or multiple form (straddlingaline);
10. (10) For a longer period than designated in a timed zone;
11. (11) In a "reserved for handicapped" space by any person who is not handicapped or other reserved space by any person other than the person for whom the space is reserved;
12. (12) On a concrete island;
13. (13) In any area blocked off by a permanent or temporary barricade;
14. (14) Double parking;
15. (15) Parking the wrong way on one way drives; and
16. (16) Parking more than twenty-four hours in other than designated areas.
