Any entrance, exit, parking area, no parking zone, no parking fire lane, left and right turn only intersection, one way drive, do not enter intersection, timed parking zone, and any other place controlled by directional sign or marker shall be posted with the appropriate traffic sign. The Bureau of Human Resources and Administration shall designate any timed parking zone.
