Upon receipt of the verification request described in § 5:02:24:04, a challenged voter may, within thirty days of the postmark date, request a hearing with the county auditor to demonstrate the sufficiency of the voter's qualifications. The county auditor shall determine the conduct of the hearing, provided that the auditor ensures that:

1. (1) The challenged voter may rebut the evidence provided against the voter's qualifications in the combined application form and affidavit and the documentation provided with the form; and
2. (2) The challenged voter may provide documentation from the list of approved documentation in § 5:02:24:03 to demonstrate the sufficiency of the voter's qualifications.
