Before performing any duty pertaining to the post-election audit of an election, each post-election audit board member shall make the following oath or affirmation:

I, (name), do solemnly swear (oraffirm) that I will, to the best of my ability, impartially perform the duties of post-election audit board member in good faith according to law, and that I meet the qualifications to serve as a member of the post-election audit board.
