The official vote count must consist of the following four columns:

1. (1) Column one, TITLE OF OFFICE;
2. (2) Column two, NAME OF CANDIDATE;
3. (3) Column three, NUMBER OF VOTES RECEIVED IN FIGURES; and
4. (4) Column four, NUMBER OF VOTES RECEIVED (writenumberofvotesinwords).
