County questions election.

5 : 02 : 06 : 25 . County questions election. The county questions ballot must be white and must be in the following form:

(ElectionDate) The following (initiatedmeasureorreferredordinanceorreferredresolution) was proposed by petition for submission to the voters. This (initiatedmeasureorreferredordinanceorreferredresolution) will not become effective unless approved by majority vote.

To vote use a cross (X) or check mark (ü) in the square in front of "Yes" or "No."
