All pasturing agreements made on school and endowment lands shall be subject to approval by the commissioner of school and public lands pursuant to § 4:01:02:07 and shall contain the following information:

1. (1) The charge per AUM being charged by the school or endowment land lessee;
2. (2) The total animal units allowed on each lease;
3. (3) The months said grazing will take place.
