02 : 08 : 02 : 03 . Grant agreements. If an application is approved for funding, the attorney general shall execute a grant agreement with the applicant. The grant agreement must include the following requirements of the applicant:
1) To designate an official to certify on the behalf of the applicant that a reimbursement request submitted for eligible expenses is correct, legally incurred, and are either due and payable or have been paid by the applicant;
2) To submit to the attorney general a W-9 form with optional direct deposit information completed; and
3) To submit to the attorney general signed requests for reimbursement using a form prescribed by the attorney general, together with all approved cost documentation to any person the attorney general may designate to approve such request.
