Electronic alcohol monitoring device fees.

A participant submitting to the wearing of the electronic alcohol monitoring device shall pay a fee of five dollars for each day the participant is wearing the device. In addition, the participant shall pay an installation fee and a deactivation fee, each in the amount of $40.
