The training program referred to in § 2:01:08:03 shall consist of at least 100 hours of training by qualified instructors, with curriculum approved by the law enforcement standards and training commission in the following areas:

1. (1) Program administration;
2. (2) Police practices and procedures;
3. (3) Legal aspects;
4. (4) Human behavior; and
5. (5) Domestic violence.
