Application for selection as a network site shall be made on a request for site proposal provided by the office of the RDTN. The applicant must address the criteria listed in § 1:15:03:03. The application must contain responses to all questions on the request for site proposal and shall be submitted according to the schedule in the request for site proposal. A successful applicant must sign a contract with RDTN which contains the requirements for the RDTN studio.
