The terms used in this article mean:

1. (1) "Board," the rural development telecommunications network board of directors;
2. (2) "Director," the executive director of the office of rural development telecommunications network;
3. (3) "Network," the system of phone lines and satellite equipment used by the rural development telecommunications network;
4. (4) "RDTN," the office of rural development telecommunications network.
