The University reserves the right to remove or have removed by impounding, any vehicle under the following conditions:

1. (a) Parked in such a way as to constitute serious hazard; or
2. (b) That impedes vehicular or pedestrian traffic movement;
3. (c) That impedes the operation of emergency equipment;
4. (d) Parked in a fire lane or by a fire plug;
5. (e) Parked in a “special decal parking only” parking lot without benefit of a permit, or

6. (f) If three or more traffic violations have been issued against said vehicle.

   Owners of such vehicles assume all risks involved and will be required to pay all costs involved in the removing, impounding or storing of such vehicles.
