1. (A) A contractor’s license entitles its holder to install, modify or repair manufactured homes on a contract or subcontract basis for manufacturers, dealers or home purchasers. All work must be in compliance with all applicable federal, state statutes, regulations and standards. Work authorized by a contractor’s license is limited to:

   1. (1) all work authorized for installers and repairers;
   2. (2) construction of porches, decks, ramps, handrails and guardrails: and,
   3. (3) installation of awnings and other add-on components produced specifically for use on or in manufactured homes.
2. (B) All work undertaken by a contractor must be accomplished in a good and workmanlike manner.
