1. A. The applicant for licensure by comity is required to provide verification of licensure by examination by a jurisdiction which has requirements that are substantially equivalent to those in this state at the time of initial licensure.
2. B. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that verification forms or certification documents from CLARB are properly filed with the Department.
