S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 73-230 – Confidentiality of Information Contained in the Registry.

A. Dissemination of Information.
1. (1) Information maintained in the Registry will be disseminated in accordance with adopted state law.
B. Security of Information.
1. (1) The Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, and county sheriffs will adopt appropriate measures to ensure security of all Registry information.
2. (2) SLED will adopt necessary procedures which will allow only authorized agencies to receive information maintained in the Registry.
