Exemptions.

Effective Jun 28, 1985State Register Volume 9, Issue No. 6Department of Environmental Services—Land Resources and Conservation Districts Division

The following are exempted from these regulations:

A. Land owned by or under the jurisdiction of the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
B. Forest land owned or managed by the South Carolina Forestry Commission.
