1. A. All fees are due at time of application for licenses, tests, or permitting.
2. B. Permit applications are due in the OSFM prior to construction or installation.
3. C. Approval of plans for hydrogen facilities are to be obtained prior to start of construction or installation.
4. D. The OSFM is responsible for all administrative activities of the licensing program. The OSFM shall employ and supervise personnel necessary to effectuate the provisions of this article and shall establish fees sufficient but not excessive to cover expenses, including direct and indirect costs to the State for the operation of this licensing program.

5. E. Fees shall be established for the following:

   1. 1. Application fee - $10.00
   2. 2. Permitting fee (includes plan review and initial site inspection) - $250.00
   3. 3. Inspection fee (semi-annual) - $100.00
   4. 4. Renewal of permits (annual - includes inspection) - $100.00
6. F. The application fee is due at time of application for license.
7. G. All fees paid to the OSFM are nonrefundable.
