1. A. Powers and duties of the OSFM are:

   1. 1. To evaluate the applications of dealers or individuals for a license and permits to engage in the business of maintaining portable fire extinguishers or installing, testing and maintaining fixed fire extinguishing systems, and installing, testing and maintaining engineered special hazard fire suppression systems;
   2. 2. To issue licenses and permits required by this subarticle;
   3. 3. To issue administrative citations in accordance with S.C. Code Ann. Section 23-9-20;
   4. 4. To revoke licenses and permits in accordance with S.C. Code Ann. Section 23-9-45; and
   5. 5. To administer these regulations and supervise personnel in carrying out the requirements of this regulation.
2. B. The OSFM may suspend, revoke, refuse to renew, or refuse to issue licenses or permits in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.
