Officers.

The Board will elect officers each year. The following officers will be elected:

  1. (A) Chairman—whose duties shall be to:

    1. (1) Preside at meetings of the Board.
    2. (2) Appoint all committees.
    3. (3) Sign all certificates and other official documents.
    4. (4) Call special meetings as required.
    5. (5) Perform all duties pertaining to the office of the Chairman.
  2. (B) Vice Chairman—whose duties shall be to perform the duties of the Chairman during his absence.
