1. A. In a contested case, the Complainant and the Commission are represented by the Commission’s attorney.

2. B. Other parties may be represented as follows:

   1. (1) Individuals may appear on their own behalf;
   2. (2) A member of a partnership may represent the partnership;
   3. (3) An officer of a corporation, trust, committee or association may represent the corporation, trust, committee or association;
   4. (4) An officer or employee of any governmental unit, agency, or authority may represent, appear and testify for that unit, agency, or authority;
   5. (5) An attorney may represent any party.
3. C. Each attorney or other representative of a person or entity shall file a notice of appearance. The notice must indicate the person or entity on whose behalf the appearance is made. An individual acting in a representative capacity may be required to demonstrate authority to act in that capacity.
4. D. An attorney or other representative of a person or entity must file a written notice of intent before withdrawing from participation in the proceeding.
