S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 5-417
(b) The following warning statement will be considered as meeting the requirements of Section 23-39-20(o)(1) and 5-394(b)(2) with respect to methyl alcohol-base radiator antifreeze when the only hazard foreseeable is that caused by the methyl alcohol content and when the article has a flashpoint in the “flammable” range as that term is defined in Section 23-39-20(k):
DANGER—POISON

MAY BE FATAL OR CAUSE BLINDNESS IF SWALLOWED
FLAMMABLE—VAPOR HARMFUL.
Contains methyl alcohol (methanol). Cannot be made nonpoisonous. Avoid contact with eyes. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat and open flame. Do not store in open or unlabeled containers.
First aid: In case of contact with eyes flush thoroughly with water. If swallowed, induce vomiting (give a tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water). Repeat until vomit fluid is clear. Call physician immediately.
Keep out of the reach of children.
