For this Article only, the following terms as hereby defined:

1. A. "Agency" means a state agency, sheriff's office, police department, or other law enforcement entity that has law enforcement vehicles used for traffic enforcement.
2. B. "Department" means the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
3. C. "Videotaping equipment" means the visual and audio equipment and related hardware purchased pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Code Ann. 56-5-2953 and these regulations.
