1. A. “Operator” means a telecommunications operator or dispatcher employed in an E-911 system.
2. B. “Agency” means local government or public safety agency employing operators.
3. C. “Director” means the Director of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
4. D. “Academy” means the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
5. E. “Council” means the Law Enforcement Training Council.
