1. A. A Department decision involving the issuance, denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit or certification may be appealed by an affected person with standing pursuant to applicable law, including S.C. Code Title 48, Chapter 6; Title 1, Chapter 23; and Title 48, Chapter 39.

   1. B. Public Notice: At the same time as the Department sends the Agency Information Sheet to the Administrative Law Court, the Department shall notify in writing all interested persons that have submitted written comments. This notice shall, to the extent that the information is available, indicate the names of all parties including the agency, the petitioner(s) and the permittee(s); the initial action of the agency; and the nature and extent of the contested case.
