1. A. The following articles are regulated:

   1. (1) The boll weevil (Anthonomus grandis Boheman) in any living stage of development;
   2. (2) Seed cotton;
   3. (3) Gin trash;
   4. (4) Used cotton equipment;
   5. (5) Any other products, articles, or means of conveyance, or any character whatsoever, not covered by the above when it is determined by an inspector that they present a hazard of spread of the boll weevil, and the person in possession thereof has been so notified.

2. B. The following articles are prohibited from sale or distribution within the state:

   1. (1) ornamental cottonseed; and
   2. (2) individual potted specimens of cotton plants.
