Code Commissioner's Note

2011 Act No. 47, Sections 14(B), provided for the substitution of “intellectual disability” for “mental retardation” in the 1976 Code of Laws. At the Code Commissioner’s discretion, the substitution was not made for the formal reference to the Department of Mental Retardation in this regulation.
