1. A. The following fees shall be remitted to the Commissioners of Pilotage for the Upper Coastal Area for each of the respective licenses issued for the Upper Coastal Area:

   1. (1) First Short Branch $250.00
   2. (2) Second Short Branch $100.00
   3. (3) Full Branch $150.00
   4. (4) Certificate of Apprenticeship $50.00

2. B. Pilot Registration fee. Every State pilot shall pay an annual registration fee, remitted to the Commissioners of Pilotage, for the Upper Coastal Area as follows:

   1. (1) Full Branch $100.00
   2. (2) Short Branch $50.00
3. C. Apprentice Application fee. Every applicant for apprenticeship shall remit to the Commissioners of Pilotage for the Upper Coastal Area a non-refundable fee of $25.00.
4. D. The Commissioners shall remit to each member of the Board of Examiners a sum of $50.00 as compensation for each license examination.
