Information includes vehicle number, vehicle identification, make of vehicle, date of purchase, purchase cost, maintenance date, odometer/hours, expected life, group code, maintenance days, vehicle type, department number, fuel code, engine, transmission, brake system, rear end, clutch, fuel capacity, oil capacity, rating, description, purchase, current, previous, and when last serviced.
- B. Retention: Until disposal of vehicle, then destroy.
