1. A. Providers must keep copies of all enrollment agreements, advertising, rosters, and attendance records for a minimum of five (5) years and must be made available to a representative of the Commission upon request.
2. B. Providers must permit periodic inspections and auditing by a representative of the Commission for the purposes of evaluating facilities, course content, instructor performance, or any other relevant aspect of the administration and conduct of such course.
