A Class F motor carrier is a contract carrier by motor vehicle of hazardous waste for disposal which operates over irregular routes and upon irregular schedules under contract as filed with and approved by the commission and which does not solicit or receive patronage along any such routes. No motor carrier shall be allowed to acquire more than one Class F Certificate, and each Class F Certificate issued may not have more than three contracts attached thereto at any one time. A Class F motor carrier must obtain a Certificate from the ORS after approval by the commission.
