The Board shall charge the following fees:
A. New License:
| 1. | Broker-in-Charge/Property Manager-in-Charge (biennial) | $250 | |
| 2. | Broker/Property Manager (biennial) | $125 | |
| 3. | Salesperson (Provisional), (annual) | $25 | |
| 4. | Credit report for applicant by reciprocity | $10 | |
| 5. | Salesperson applicant from non-reciprocity states | $50 (biennial) |
B. Renewal:
| 1. | Broker-in-Charge/Property Manager-in-Charge (biennial) | $75 | |
| 2. | Broker/Inactive Broker/Property Manager/Inactive | ||
| Property Manager (biennial) | $55 | ||
| 3. | Salesperson/Inactive Salesperson (biennial) | $45 | |
| 4. | The late renewal fee is $25 per month, beginning July 1st through | ||
| December 31st. After December 31st, the licensee must reapply. | |||

The education year is September 1st of even-numbered years through August 31st.
