The fees of deputy surveyors shall be as follows:

1. (1) For surveying every acre of land, one cent;
2. (2) For making out a fair plat, certifying, signing and returning the same, two dollars and fourteen cents; and
3. (3) For running old lines for any person or between parties, or by order of court, while they are on the survey, three dollars per day.
