S.C. Code Ann. § 62-2-112

Alienage

Effective Jan 1, 20141986 Act No. 539, SECTION 1; 2013 Act No. 100, SECTION 1, eff January 1, 2014.

No person is disqualified to take as an heir because he, or a person through whom he claims, is or has been an alien.
