The School to Work Advisory Council shall report to the House Education and Public Works Committee and the Senate Education Committee by January 1, 2000, as to the progress made in establishing the school-to-work system, difficulties encountered, and any actions required by the General Assembly to ensure success of the system. No state funds shall be expended to support the continuation of the advisory council and the advisory council shall terminate on December 31, 2004.
