S.C. Code Ann. § 58-9-1470
Any party to such action in the court of common pleas may appeal in the manner provided by the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules. Pending final determination of any such appeal, the order of the court of common pleas suspending or staying the operation of the order of the commission shall continue in force and effect under the conditions prescribed in such order and no additional bond or undertaking shall be required, but any party may apply to the appellate court for an order increasing or otherwise modifying the amount of such bond.
