The owner must provide and maintain written jump procedures which must include at least the following procedures:

1. (1) exclusion of all unauthorized persons from the operating area;

2. (2) registration of jumpers, to include:

   1. (a) name;
   2. (b) age;
   3. (c) weight;
3. (3) jumper briefing;
4. (4) removal of loose objects from the jumper;

5. (5) preparation of the jumper which shall include:

   1. (a) harness;
   2. (b) instructions to the jumper;
   3. (c) selection and adjustment of the bungee cord;
   4. (d) connection of the jumper to the lowering system;
   5. (e) recheck of all connection and harness attachments;
   6. (f) final inspection by jump master;
   7. (g) final inspection of jumper;
   8. (h) countdown to jump;
   9. (i) observation of jump;
6. (6) landing and recovery of jumper;
7. (7) off-loading of jumper;
8. (8) return of jumper to the public area;
9. (9) retrieval of the bungee cord to the platform.
