S.C. Code Ann. § 50-18-90
Invoices required for transfers of permitted aquaculture species, and certain feed and supplies
(A) A person engaged in the business of aquaculture shall maintain invoices on permitted aquaculture species which are bought, sold, or transferred. The invoices must be maintained for three years.
(B) A person who produces hybrids shall maintain invoices on feed and other supplies for three years.
