S.C. Code Ann. § 50-13-1188

Minnow seines prohibited during certain hours

It shall be unlawful to use or have in possession a minnow seine, as defined by item (h) of Section 50-13-1120, in the freshwaters of this State from ten p.m. to official sunrise.
