S.C. Code Ann. § 47-20-80
Promulgation of regulations relating to the control of vectors
(A) The department, in consultation with the State Veterinarian, shall promulgate regulations relating to the control of vectors.
(B) All animal feeding operations shall utilize Best Management Practices as appropriate for the control of vectors and department regulations in order to maximize vector control.
